Who provides Derelo

Your account

Provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials private. You are responsible for the webinars, registrations and activity you manage through your workspace. Do not attempt to access another customer's workspace or share private attendee links publicly.

Customer eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. If you use Derelo for a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization. Derelo is not intended for use by children.

The service

Derelo supports prerecorded webinars with scheduled automated sessions, registrations, transactional emails, CTA buttons, polls, scheduled presenter messages, audience Q&A prompts and reporting. It is not a live broadcasting service. Attendance and watch metrics describe recorded browser activity; they do not prove attention or guarantee business results.

Service availability and commitments

Derelo will use commercially reasonable efforts to operate the service, but the service may be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, provider outages, security events, or circumstances outside Derelo's reasonable control. Derelo does not promise uninterrupted availability or a specific uptime level unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Your content and audience

Only upload or distribute material you have permission to use. You retain ownership of your content and authorize its processing and delivery as needed to operate your webinars. You are responsible for your presentation, linked offers and appropriate notices or permissions for the audience information you collect. Do not use the service for unlawful content, unsolicited messages or abusive activity.

Subscriptions and access

Creating an account is not a paid subscription. Webinar operation requires an active subscription. Checkout displays the recurring price and billing interval before payment. Subscription access is activated after payment status is confirmed by Stripe.

When cancellation takes effect, or a subscription becomes unpaid, the creator can still sign in and view existing workspace data and Billing/Settings. New webinar operation and registrations are blocked. Cancellation does not itself delete workspace data. See cancellation and refunds.

Suspension and termination

Derelo may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for nonpayment, unlawful or abusive use, security protection, suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, or legal compliance. Customers may cancel through the Stripe customer portal. Period-end cancellation preserves access through the paid billing period. After access expires, existing data remains viewable where described in these Terms, while new webinar operation and registrations are blocked.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Derelo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity. Derelo's total liability arising from the service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amounts paid to Derelo for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or $100. This section does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived, disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Minnesota.

Disputes

Before filing a legal claim, the parties agree to first contact the other party and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute informally. Customers may contact Derelo at support@derelo.app. This informal step does not waive any non-waivable legal right or prevent a party from seeking urgent court relief when appropriate.
