Find help with your account, subscription or webinar access.
Contact Derelo
Include your account email, webinar title if relevant, and a short description of what happened. Do not send your password, payment-card details or private attendee room link.
Account and billing
Sign in and open Settings to review your subscription or open the billing portal. See cancellation and refund information before making a billing request.
If you have just registered, confirm your email before signing in. If you cannot access your account, use the support contact above.
Attending a webinar
Use the private room link in your registration email. Check the scheduled session time and your spam folder if the email is missing. Contact the webinar creator about presentation content, their offers or the event schedule.
Privacy requests
For questions about your Derelo account data, use the contact above. For a webinar registration or attendance record, contact its creator so they can identify the event. See our Privacy Notice.
