Cancellation & refunds

Manage your subscription

Sign in, open Settings, and choose Manage subscription to open the Stripe customer portal. Review the cancellation confirmation and effective date there.

For a cancellation scheduled at period end, access continues through the paid period shown in Settings. Once it expires, webinar operation stops and the workspace becomes read-only for the creator. Billing and Settings remain accessible.

Plan for your audience

When a workspace is no longer entitled to operate webinars, new registrations, attendee room authorization, engagement submissions and webinar email dispatch are blocked. Arrange any remaining sessions and audience communication before your paid access ends.

Your data

Cancellation does not itself delete your webinars, registrations or analytics. Restoring an active subscription restores operation. Data retention and deletion requests are covered in the Privacy Notice.

Refunds

Except for verified duplicate or incorrect charges or where required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable and no prorated refunds or credits are provided for unused time. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and access continues until then. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
