Information the service uses

• Creator account email, authentication information and workspace membership.
• Webinar titles, descriptions, presenter details, uploaded recordings, sessions and engagement content.
• Attendee registration information, session association and private room-access credentials.
• Attendance, observed playback progress, CTA clicks and poll answers, used for creator reporting.
• Subscription identifiers, subscription status, billing period and email delivery/job records.

Stripe hosts payment entry. The Derelo application stores billing identifiers and subscription state, rather than your full payment-card details.

Why information is processed

The application uses this information to authenticate accounts, isolate workspaces, deliver webinars and transactional messages, manage subscriptions, and report webinar activity to the creator. Webinar creators can view their registrations and engagement results.

Services involved

Derelo uses Supabase for authentication and database storage, Mux for video processing and delivery, Resend for webinar email, Stripe for subscription billing, and Vercel for application hosting. Supabase Auth confirmation emails are a separate flow from webinar messages and use the configured SMTP service.

These services may process operational and technical information in providing their services.

Cookies and private links

Creator authentication uses session cookies. Private attendee links authorize access to a particular registration and should not be shared. The implemented reporting records webinar activity; it is not a measure of a person's attention.

Retention and requests

We process verified manual deletion requests. Inactive or unsubscribed accounts may be scheduled for deletion after at least 12 months of inactivity. We will send notice to the email address associated with the account at least 30 days before the projected deletion date. Before that date, you may reactivate your Derelo subscription to maintain continued access to the account or contact Derelo about available options for your data. We retain account and service data as reasonably needed for service operation, records, legal and accounting obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and other legitimate business obligations, and certain records may be retained longer for those reasons.
